What is Acupressure?
Acupressure, which stems from Acupuncture, uses finger pressures along the meridian points rather than needles. Acupressure points are incorporated where needed in Reflexology sessions to enhance the outcome of therapy sessions. It is used liberally throughout the Zen Shiatsu therapy.
In the Thai Yoga Bodywork, Sen lines are used. Sen lines are similar to meridians, but differ in where they start and end. They also do not correspond to an individual organ, but can help balance any organs that they run through.
