Reflexology
Reflexology is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all of the glands, organs, and parts of the body. Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumb and fingers on these reflex areas.
Traced back to Egypt as early as 2330BC, modern day Reflexology was developed by the late Eunice Ingham who taught it all over the world. As carried forth by her nephew Dwight Byers, who runs the International Institute of Reflexology, the Ingham Method® is referred to worldwide as the cornerstone of Foot Reflexology.
Reflexology can help relieve stress and tension, improve nerve & blood supply, promote the unblocking of nerve impulses, and help nature achieve homeostasis.
