Thai Yoga Bodywork
First introduced to Thailand from India over 2500 years ago, Thai Yoga Bodywork was performed by monks in temples as part of Thai traditional medicine. It uses fingers & palms to create rhythmic pressures, the speed of which depends on whether the client has too much or too little energy, along Sen lines to rejuvenate and bring the body’s energy back in balance. There are 72,000 Sen lines throughout the body; the bodywork focuses on the 10 major lines.
Spiritual in nature, the Thai Yoga Bodywork is an ancient holistic approach to heal the body, mind, & spirit. It is used to help energize and relax the client at the same time.
